Process of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil:
  • Coconut Preparation: Fresh coconuts are husked, shelled, and the meat is carefully separated.
  • Cold Pressing: The coconut meat is cold-pressed using a mechanical expeller or hydraulic press, without the use of heat or chemicals.
  • Centrifugation: The extracted coconut milk undergoes centrifugation to separate the oil from the water and solids.
  • Filtration: The oil is filtered to remove any remaining impurities or particles.
  • Settling: The filtered oil is allowed to settle to separate any residual water.
  • Bottling: The pure, extra virgin coconut oil is bottled and packaged for distribution.

Process of Cold Pressed Coconut Oil:
